DriverAssist.tech hosted their first ever event on the 28th July 2021 as the COVID-19 rules relax in the UK. They were joined with well known companies within the industry who were testing and demonstrating their own products.
Datron Technology, Oxford Technical Solutions and Moshon Data came together to demonstrate the following:
- The first AEB Validation tool designed for end-of-line-vehicle production facilities by Moshon Data.
- Testing ADAS features using a towing system, vehicles, pedestrians, and other vulnerable road users
- Advanced Junction village - A 'pop up village' with junctions that mirror UK roads and how the vehicles react to it.
- Parking Scenarios - How sensors react when faced with different parking scenarios
- ADAS validation with ground truth from OxTS
- AEB validation
- Junction test scenarios
- Automated parking validation
- New indoor positioning ADAS validation with a side by side comparison of UWB+IMU vs GNSS+IMU.
- Surveying -
- New xNAV650 georeferencing integration with LiDAR
- Georeferenced LiDAR point cloud generation.
